Our menu is built around quality and fresh ingredients. Below is the list of the 14 allergens defined by EU Regulation 1169/2011 that may be present in our dishes.
Cereals containing gluten
Wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut and products thereof.
Crustaceans
Shrimp, crab, langoustine, lobster and products thereof.
Eggs
Chicken eggs and products thereof.
Fish
All species of fish and products thereof.
Peanuts
Peanuts and products thereof.
Soybeans
Soy and products thereof.
Milk
Milk and dairy products (including lactose).
Nuts
Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia.
Celery
Celery and products thereof.
Mustard
Mustard and products thereof.
Sesame seeds
Sesame and products thereof.
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
At concentrations above 10 mg/kg (e.g. in some wines).
Lupin
Lupin and products thereof.
Molluscs
Mussels, clams, snails, octopus, squid and products thereof.
