I lived in the south of Europe for several years. I fell in love with the culture there, where life is not counted on minutes, but on cups of espresso and shared dinners with friends. I was fascinated by how a simple combination of pasta, wine and a smile can turn an ordinary day into a small celebration of life.
From this passion Terra e Mare was born. After returning to Prague, I didn't just want to “open a restaurant”. I wanted to create a space where design meets human warmth. A place where every meal tells its story -- from sun-drenched vineyards to fishing nets on the coast.
