2. What personal data do we process?

We process the data you provide to us and the data that we automatically obtain when you use our website.

2.1 Data you provide to us through the forms:

• Contact form: name, email and text of your message. You can also volunteer your last name and phone number.
• ‍Reservation form: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and specific information about the reservation (date and time of booking, length of reservation, number of people and text of your message).

2.2 Data collected automatically (based on your consent):

• When you visit our site, we may collect technical and behavioral data, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on the site and interactions (clicks, scrolling), with your consent. 3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Provision of property price estimation service: We process the data from the price estimate form in order to prepare and send the requested estimate.

• Legal basis: Processing is necessary for the implementation of the measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Answering questions and communicating: We use the data from the contact forms to respond to your questions and requests.

• Legal basis: The processing is necessary for the implementation of measures taken before the conclusion of the contract or our legitimate interest in effective communication with customers (Art. 6 para. 1 (b) or f) GDPR).

Website analysis and improvement: We analyse data about your website behaviour in order to understand how our site is used and to improve, optimise and secure it.

• Legal basis: Your voluntary and revocable at any time consenting (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR) that you grant through the cookie bar.

Marketing and Measurement of Advertising Effectiveness: We use the data to measure and evaluate the success of our advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Facebook, which helps us reach potential customers more effectively.

4. Data Retention Period

• Data from Contact Forms we keep it for the period necessary to process your request and then for 3 years for any follow-up communication or defense of legal claims.
• Data collected on the basis of your consent We process (cookies) for the period of validity of this consent, but for a maximum of 12 months from the date of its granting.

5. Recipients and processors of personal data

Your personal data may be accessed by our trusted partners who provide technical operations and analytical or marketing services for us. These partners are in the position of processors.

All partners listed below are based in the USA. The transfer of personal data is secured on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and their certification under the EU-U.S. program. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection.
